If you have a scheduled consultation, we require a 24-hour notice for cancellations. If you have made an appointment with our licensed provider (have paid the $50 booking fee) and need to reschedule, please email, call or text us ASAP and we will work with you.
We accept major credit cards and FSA. We are a cash pay practice only and do not accept insurance. Weight loss medication is rarely covered by insurance. We do not offer refunds for services rendered and our pharmacy partners cannot accept returned medications after they have been dispensed per state regulations.
