Insurance/Payment info (Mental Health only)

For our mental health patients, we accept Aetna, Anthem, Cigna, United Healthcare, Optum, Medicare and Medicare/Humana. We do NOT take Medicaid.  

We use Grow Therapy and Headway as our billing platforms.  When you make an appointment, you will receive an email from Grow or Headway with instructions for submitting your insurance/billing information. This must be completed before your appointment. If it is not completed, you will have to postpone your appointment until it is complete.
