We offer affordable cash pay services for those who do not wish to use insurance.
INITIAL EVALUATION
45-60 mins: $225
FOLLOW UP/MEDICATION CHECK:
10-30 mins: $110
31-40 mins: $140
The amount of time you need must be scheduled at the time of booking as to not take away from another patient's allotted time. If you did not schedule yourself enough time you will need to schedule another appointment. The fee is calculated based upon actual visit time, not amount of time scheduled by the patient.
History paperwork MUST BE completed before any appointment, including new patient evaluations.

- Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, HSA (a current major credit card must be kept on file at all times)

Additional Services
We offer additional services billed at a rate of $30 for every 15-minute increment--these are NOT covered by insurance and will need to be paid for up front. These services include, but are not limited to:
- Letter writing
- Care coordination
- FMLA
- Emotional Support Animal
- Accommodation letters/forms
Cancellation Policy
You will be charged a $50 fee for all scheduled services that are missed (no call/no show) or cancelled with less than 12 hours notice. Cancellation request must be documentable: received by email, text, or voicemail. The $50 fee is charged by the billing service.
This is an outpatient psychiatric practice.
We do not provide crisis services, after hours consultation, after hours or weekend medication refills, or on-call services. If you have a psychiatric emergency: call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department.
