Our physical location is in Louisville, KY for mental health services. For medical weight loss, we offer virtual telehealth visits to all of Kentucky, Indiana, and Florida. 

Telehealth, sometimes called telemedicine, allows your prescribing provider to care for you without an in-person office visit. Telehealth is done primarily online with internet access on your computer, tablet, or smartphone. There are several options for telehealth care:

• Talk to your health care provider live over the phone or video chat.
• Send and receive messages from your health care provider using secure messaging, email, and secure file exchange. (HIPAA compliant)

Restore Wellness respects the privacy of your data and we comply with the latest safety regulations.  Patient forms are HIPAA compliant and securely exhanged/stored.
